These days, many roasters are using computer systems to roast their coffee. 
I roast using a traditional drum on a grill, meaning the process involves more TLC than a large roaster.

 

RichRoast Coffee began with a love of everything coffee, and has developed into a modern day Paul’s alternative to tent making.  Working as a missionary at Crossroads Farm is a calling second only to being a husband and a father of three little boys.  I (Rich) grew up and live only ten miles from the location God has established as my mission field, loving the rural teen, in my own rural remote backyard.
